First attempt at Cowboy Caviar. I substituted a few things but it’s delicious! Corn, sweet peas, avocado, tomato, carrot, olive oil and red whine vinegar.

How To Eat Nutella in Many Different Ways
Nutella, the delicious chocolate and hazelnut spread, takes over my desserts in random fits. I’ll go months without Nutella and then suddenly I’ll have to have it after every meal. It’s a love/hate relationship. See below some of my favorite ways to eat this delectable treat.

How to Eat Nutella in Many Different Ways on omghow

Nutella, the delicious chocolate and hazelnut spread, takes over my desserts in random fits. I’ll go months without Nutella and then suddenly I’ll have to have it after every meal. It’s a love/hate relationship. See below some of my favorite ways to eat this delectable treat.

  1. In a sandwich - One of my favorite ways to eat Nutella is in a fruit sandwich or melt. The easiest thing to do is slice up some bananas and/or strawberries and put them on two pieces of bread spread with Nutella. If you want a fancier (and tastier) treat, take that sandwich and turn it into a toasted melt by putting it into a panini press or waffle maker. If you don’t have anything to toast the bread on, try putting the sandwich on a buttered skillet (don’t forget to toast both sides).

  2. In a milkshake - The easiest way to make a Nutella milkshake is to just combine bananas, almond milk, ice cream or frozen yogurt, and Nutella. You don’t even need a recipe, you can just kind of figure it out. But if you want a healthier version, try this vegan Nutella milkshake recipe.

  3. As cookies - These cookies are so quick to make and require almost no ingredients that after your first try, you’ll have the recipe memorized. All you need is one cup flour, one cup Nutella, and one egg. Mix together and bake for 7-10 minutes at 350 degree F. There are a lot more elaborate cookie recipes out there but this easy one satisfies. Recipe from Kirbie Cravings.

  4. Cookies #2 - If you liked the above recipe, try it with peanut butter too! Mix 1/2 cup peanut butter, 1/2 cup Nutella, 1 cup flour, and 1 egg. Bake as you did the above recipe. Recipe from Kirbie Cravings.

  5. In a mug - Make a single serving Nutella mug cake (similar ingredients to the cookies) with this recipe.

  6. Hot chocolate - You don’t need coco for this recipe! Just Nutella and almond milk (use regular milk if you prefer). See this video from missglamorazzi for exact measurements. I love topping mine with cool whip.

  7. Pancakes - Nutella stuffed pancakes make a delicious treat. Just follow your favorite pancake recipe but put a plop of Nutella in the center of the batter on the skillet. Add some more batter on top to “hide” the Nutella and then cook as usual. Recipe video.

  8. As a dip - Dig Oreos in Nutella. You won’t regret it. Other easy dippables include bananas, strawberries, grapes, pound cake, cheesecake, and more.

Happy eating!
